1. Basic information     

  1. For any failure caused by the quality of the product itself under normal use, within the warranty period, the company will be responsible for giving a limited warranty.
  2. The warranty period of the product is subject to the warranty period announced in the company's release of the product.
  3. The product has three guarantees of quality: "seven days replacement, one year warranty, and lifetime maintenance".  
2. Warranty policy
  1. The user should properly keep this warranty card and the standard invoice (receipt) or copy issued by the State Taxation Bureau when purchasing the machine. When repairing, you will be required to show the above certificates as the warranty basis.
  2. The warranty start date of the product is the purchase date of the invoice (receipt). However, if the purchase date of the invoice (receipt) is later than the delivery date plus the grace period for this type of product, the delivery date plus the grace period for this type of product will be used as the starting date of the warranty period for the product.
  3. The grace period refers to the period from the date the machine is shipped from the factory to the final delivery or installation of the product. There are different grace periods for different products, and the longest grace period shall not exceed 3 months.
  4. On-site service cannot be provided in some areas. In the service area excluded by the company. In areas with geographical barriers, undeveloped roads, or public transport not suitable for regular travel, repair services are negotiated and provided at an additional charge.
  5. The repaired machine will continue to enjoy the warranty service within the warranty period; if it is less than three months before the end of the warranty period, the replaced spare parts will enjoy a three-month warranty from the date of replacement.
  6. The spare parts repaired and replaced belong to the company.
  7. Please keep this warranty card properly, it will not be reissued if it is lost.
  8. For the location of product manufacturing, please refer to the instructions on the product packaging.   
3. Exceptions
  The following conditions are not covered by the warranty
  1. Products without product identification
  2. Faults or damages caused by incorrect installation and operation (such as live broadcasting and unplugging data cables, etc.), or use in a working environment that is not specified by the product (such as excessive temperature, low temperature, excessive humidity or dryness, and high altitude , the voltage or current is unstable, the neutral ground voltage is too large, etc.)
  3. Damage caused by accident, application (including exceeding the working load), misuse
  4. Damage caused by improper storage (such as rodent damage, liquid infiltration, etc.)
  5. Failure or damage caused by unauthorized disassembly and repair, unauthorized modification or abuse
  6. Damage caused by repairs performed by non-authorized repair centers of the company
  7. Failure or damage caused by man-made or natural disasters
